Next up on deck is Colby Veinotte from our Larry Uteck location. He’s been with the company for almost TEN years now! Which is a little wild to think about.

He’s worn many hats over the years but the current chapeau he’s donning is the role of Restaurant Manager and he’s doing a rocking job of it!

We sat down with him for a little portrait session and asked him a few questions so you can get to know him a little better:

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE AT CHEF INSPIRED?

“I’ve been doing a little bit of everything since I started almost 10 years ago, but I'm currently acting as manager for our Larry Uteck location (come say hi!)”

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE PART ABOUT WORKING HERE?

“The familiar faces of our regular customers and the conversations we share, as well as the opportunities to learn and grow within a company which is as fun as this.”

WHAT INSPIRES YOU?

“My son inspires me to do my best and see the best in everyone each day!”

IT’S LUNCH TIME, WHAT ARE YOU EATING?

“Pulled pork taco-duos is the only answer.”

DO YOU HAVE ANY HIDDEN TALENTS?

“None which are hidden!”

TACO VS. BURRITO. WHO WOULD WIN AND WHY?

“If we're talking 3 tacos vs a burrito then my money is on the tacos.”

IS A HOT DOG A SANDWICH? WHY OR WHY NOT?

“A question that keeps me up most nights. This one is up to the eater of the hot dog!”

“Sunday brunches are always popular in my household!”

WHAT’S THE WEIRDEST FOOD PAIRING YOU LOVE?

“Apple, turkey, cheese and cranberry on a sandwich. Ok, it's not the wildest food pairing, but the flavour is top-notch!”
