In 2017 we announced a Habaneros™ Modern Taco Bar franchise coming to the Mayflower Mall in Sydney. We are thrilled to have partnered with Robert and Natalie Miller, who are exactly the franchisees we were looking for - local entrepreneurs who have been involved in the Sydney restaurant scene for many years, who know the food business and most importantly, who know what Cape Bretoners want!

The Orange Julius sign came down on January 1st and construction on the new Habaneros started immediately. Six short weeks later, on February 9th, we were ready and open! We were welcomed with lots of hungry customers, excited to try the first Chef Inspired® brand in Sydney. The Mayflower Mall location offers the full Habaneros menu as well as smoothies and ice cream.
